I need to change my order information, what should I do?

You can make changes to your order information within the first 12 hours if the order has not been sent out yet.

How can I cancel my order?

Note: Cannot cancel an order if it has already been shipped

What if the product is defective or damaged?

Please take pictures or videos to prove it is demaged and send them to support@tcarlife.com, and we’ll send you a new replacement. You still need to return to the defective or damaged items to us.

Are carbon fiber products real carbon fiber?

Yes, we guarantee that every carbon fiber product we sell is a REAL molded carbon fiber product. No plastic just real molded carbon fiber.

Why carbon fiber product may show imperfections in the pattern direction

Real Molded Carbon Fiber is hand laid and is not Prepreg Wet Molded, so it may show imperfections in pattern direction. These variations are normal and are not a manufacturer's defect.
